Use and maintenance

To preserve the brightness and lifespan of your burkini

  • Rinse with clean water after each swim (sea or pool).
  • Hand wash in cold water, mild detergent, without bleach or fabric softener.
  • Dry flat in the shade, without a tumble dryer.
  • Avoid rough surfaces and prolonged exposure to chlorine or salt.

Are they chlorine resistant?

Our fabrics are chlorine resistant (grade 3/5 – international standard) but intensive use in swimming pools may slightly lighten the colors if the maintenance rules are not followed.

Shipping

How long does it take for my order to be processed?

Your order is processed within 24/48 hours in our warehouse.

What are the delivery times?

Delivery times in mainland France vary depending on the carrier chosen:

- Colissimo undertakes to deliver to your home within 2/3 working days against signature

- Mondial Relay undertakes to deliver to you in 3 to 5 working days at a relay point

For shipments abroad, delivery times vary from 5 to 7 days.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a second email with a tracking number. You can track your order on the chosen carrier's website.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, at the payment stage you can select the country of your choice.

I would like to make a return, how do I do this?

To make a return, you have 14 days after receiving it to return it to us. To do this, contact customer service by email at aliamswim@gmail.com

Can I get a refund?

Yes, you have 14 days to return the item to us in its original packaging. Once your order is received, you will receive your refund within 7 to 14 days.

Are the return shipping costs my responsibility?

Yes, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We only cover return shipping costs if your item is defective.

Order

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once you have paid for your order, it is no longer possible to modify it, as we begin processing it immediately. If you wish to add products, we recommend placing a new order.

Are you considering cancelling your order? Simply do not collect it from the collection point, and it will be returned to us.

I haven't received an order confirmation, what should I do?

First check your spam or junk mail folder, as the confirmation is sometimes found there.

Still can't find the confirmation? Send us an email to contact@aliamsav.com from the email address you used when placing your order.

My item is defective, what should I do?

You can return the item to us free of charge. Send an email to contact@aliamsav.com

Take a clear photo of the damage and attach it. If you would like to receive the item again, you can add a note to that effect.
